Sugar House Banners recognizes, respects, and protects the privacy of our customers. Your privacy and personal
information are held in trust when you shop online with us. Our customerís order information stays with us - no
one else will see it. We do not sell, rent, trade or share ANY information regarding or provided by our customers
to anyone for any reason. We require and only use information our customers knowingly and willingly provide to
process their order, fulfill their service request or to enhance their personal shopping experience. Any information
received by us is held with the utmost care and security. All information is stored on a secured server and is not
accessible to third parties. If you do not wish your information to be processed online you do have the option of
placing an order over the phone by calling us toll free at 1-800-657-6394. This site uses a secure server (SSL)
to encrypt all of your financial information.
We use customer information for the sole purpose of processing your order or contacting you if necessary.
We do provide you with the option of receiving special promotions and offers from Sugar House via e-mail
when you are setting up your account. You may at any time contact us to cancel this service.
At SugarHouse Banners, we give you the freedom and flexibility to choose when you want your items delivered. Our available delivery
dates range from as quickly as next day delivery, up to 10 business days. Any rush fees and expedited shipping charges which may apply are
included in the shipping price quoted in your shopping cart. Rush delivery may not be available on all of our products.
Our Free, Saver, and Standard shipping arrival dates are not guaranteed to arrive on the days specified. We will make every effort possible
to ensure your product arrives on the day shown, but delivery is not guaranteed. No refunds will be given or returns accepted for products
that are not received by the arrival date shown for Free, Saver, or Standard shipping choices. For any tight and important deadlines, choose

All orders are shipped FOB Sugar House Banners, Midvale UT. All items purchased from Sugar House are
delivered pursuant to a shipment contract with the carrier of our choosing. The risk of loss and title
for such items will pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Any shipping damage should
be reported at the time of delivery to the shipping company. If special packaging is required for proper
shipping, you will be charged accordingly.
Refunds, Order Changes, and Cancellations:
Understandably, personalized and custom items may not be returned for a refund. All other items will not be
accepted without authorization from Sugar House. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Sugar House will use reasonable efforts, upon your request, to change or cancel your order prior to production.
If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied.
If your order is changed, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements.
If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply.
All of these charges will be a direct pass through from the manufacturer to you. If your order is changed, the

If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish,
prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the full amount of the order for all orders cancelled at this stage.
Colors & Color Matching:
We cannot be responsible for color problems with customer-provided artwork. Unless you request otherwise, the colors in your file will be printed "AS IS", without any alteration on our part. Remember that the colors seen on a monitor will usually be a little (or, in some cases, a lot) different from the final printed product, so you may get unexpected results. If your job is color-critical, you must provide Pantone numbers or a physical color sample to match.
Additional color matching fees and/or printed-proof fees may apply.
For approximate color matching, there is no extra charge. Examples of approximate color matching are: "It just needs to be a dark red" or "The blue needs to be close to PMS 286." We will do our best to make sure the colors are close, but there are no guarantees or refunds if you are unhappy with the end result.
You are responsible to provide us with high-quality, high-resolution or vector images that will enlarge well and print without pixelation. Small, low-resolution photos and logos will look jagged and pixelated when enlarged and printed. Although we try to watch for and alert customers of poor quality images, we cannot be responsible for problems resulting from low-resolution artwork which you provide.
If you are concerned about the quality of your file, please let your sales representative know so that we can help you get the best final product possible.
We suggest always sending a proof with your file. Proofs allow us to verify that files open and print correctly. Proofs can be printed copies or a flattened .jpg, .gif, .tif or .pdf file. If you choose not to send a proof, you will be responsible for any file problems that could have been caught had a proof been sent.
